Funding

Ambury Park Centre relies on the community for a great deal of its funding. In recent years, in particular, we have been very grateful for funding support from the ASB Trusts, the Southern Trust and the Lion Foundation. These funds have enabled us to establish two new classrooms, carry out essential maintenance, buy necessities for our horses and generally help keep the centre running.

Other trusts which regularly support Ambury Park Centre and for whose support we are most appreciative include:

  • Active's Charitable Trust
  • Auckland Confederation of Billiard Sports
  • Castle Trust
  • Caversham Foundation
  • Century Foundation Ltd
  • Community First Foundation
  • East Tamaki Community Charitable Trust
  • Kiwi Community Trust
  • Mangere Bridge Sports & Cultural Society
  • Mt Wellington Charitable Trust
  • New Zealand Community Trust
  • Oxford Sports Trust
  • Pacific Sports & Community Trust
  • Papatoetoe West/Mangere East Education Trust
  • Pelorus Trust
  • Perry Foundation
  • Pub Charity
  • Scottwood Trust
  • South Auckland Charitable Trust
  • TC Charitable Trust Board Inc
  • Trillian Trust
  • Trusts Charitable Foundation

Other organisations which regularly support Ambury Park Centre include The Anonymous Trust, Maurice Paykel Trust, Joyce Fisher Trust, Woolf Fisher Trust, Peter Picot Trust, Lou and Iris Fisher Charitable Trust, Mary Brook and others.

The importance to us of the support and encouragement shown by these organisations cannot be overstated. We simply could not provide such quality programmes to those who most need it if it were not for the groups listed above and we thank them most sincerely.

Many individuals also support the Centre's work either through volunteer work or by sponsoring a horse, which assists with their upkeep. If you would like us to contact you with information on volunteering at the Centre or sponsoring a horse, click here.
