| SILVER JUBILEE |
The Centre is holding two events in June to celebrate 25 years of operation. On Friday 6th June there will be a Celebrity Fund Raising Dinner and Auction (click link below) followed by a Silver Jubilee Celebration (click link below) on the afternoon of Saturday 7th June. You are welcome to print these posters for your own information or to help us to publicise these events.

Celebrity Fund Raising Dinner and Auction
Silver Jubilee Celebration
We hope that the dinner and auction will raise a sizeable amount of money. We still rely on fundraising as a vital part of our income. This will be an exciting evening with a great line up of speakers, entertainment and celebrities at each table.
The celebration on the Saturday is for anyone who has been connected with the Centre over the past 25 years – staff, students, riders, volunteers, board members, donors and sponsors. If you are in touch with anyone else who might be interested in this event please let them know. It will be great if we can assemble a good crowd of all those who have been involved in all the stages of the Centre’s history. Ian John is putting together an audio-visual presentation using photographs from our archives.

What a great year 2006 was for us. No doubt you have read our end-of-year newsletter and
seen all those great stories about our students, staff and horses. Those were just the icing on
the cake for a year that saw many important projects come to fruition.

| Highlight of 2006 |
One of the highlights of 2006 was the visit to the Centre by the Princess Royal, Princess Anne.

Like much of her trip to New Zealand, the visit was private with only a few invited guests. The photos below show the Princess talking with riders, staff and volunteers.
